There is one God. He's always been; always will be. No beginning. No ending. One God in three eternal coexistent persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
The 66 books of the Old and New Testaments were inspired by God. Every word. Every idea. It's complete, final and without error in its authority for faith and practice.
Man is God's creation. His sinfulness, though, separates him from God. That means physical and spiritual death. Man needs, but is unable by himself, to restore his relationship with God. Jesus Christ is God's provision for that restoration. His death on a cross 2000 years ago paid the penalty for man's sin. And boy, do we deserve penalty!
Salvation (deliverance from sin and death) is a gracious gift. God gave it by assigning our death to Jesus Christ. There's one condition for receiving the gift: complete trust in Jesus' perfect fulfilling of all God's law and demands. Do that honestly, and you have eternal life in the presence of God. The natural result will be a strong desire and effort to live a life of obedience to God.
The true Church is everyone who's received that gift God provided! There's one church, but lots of local assemblies of believers in Christ. Those assemblies provide for personal spiritual growth, encouragement, and the ministry outreach of every believer.
