The first step of Phase 1 is done. Our parking lot was upgraded, which was a municipal requirement for the final occupancy permit for the new kitchen.
Next: plans and raising funds for the narthex, which in the master plan will connect the new worship space to the current one, which will become the fellowship hall.
After that: the worship space! In other words, Phase 1 has been broken into three reachable, attainable goals that follow a logical progression.
We need: Much persistent prayer, and funds (large to us - small change to God.)
Having been in a resting period for awhie, we are now moving to these next phases. Seasons and cycles are important for long-term health.

The campus plan is big - far beyond our ability to do ourselves. We are trusting God for every step and every resource.
In the spring of 2010 we had 3 "Building Summits" to update the congregation on the plan and to hear from the people.
Later the congregation met to hear a very thorough presentation of what the elders heard in those summits and the decisions they have made for the building plan. This includes a summary of the six possible "stand-alone" sites that were considered in response to two requests for such information from members of the congregation.
There's been a change in phasing. As we get new drawings, we will update you.
